• Only Male

• 6 to 7 years experience on Quality area with minimum 3/4 years as controller position

• Proficiency in oral and written communication both in Bengali & English.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Problem solving skill for buyer order.

• Carried all orders from order book and advised given by his superior

• Monitoring the responsibilities of all Quality In Charge , Quality Supervisor & their activities.

• Monitoring the manpower for finding the optimum labels performance and efficiency under a proper discipline.

• Arrange Pre-Production Meeting, Trial Production and Quality Meeting.

• Conducted Product Safety Audit at relevant working area.

• Help to arrange Training Program for developing personnel under continual process.

• Help to arrange Training Program for developing personnel under continual process.

• Monitor the production line and work for better quality production.

• Created the proper environment who under the supervision of him.

• Must be reviewed all the Quality Reports before and Final Quality Report.

• Works with Critical Operation & Defects.

• Has to take care to keep the all-quality working area neat and clean.
