Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Validation of daily process audit & LQC, FQC and OQC inspection report and regular updating of the process audit & inspection reports. Take Sampling of Output devices and do LQC, FQC at assembly line and PDI, if found any rejection hold the lot.
∎ Root Cause Analysis with the help of 5W and 2H, Implementation of corrective action for process or incoming related concern.
∎ Risk assessment of the given problem. And submit to rejection warehouse.
∎ Check and verify all material rejection issues
∎ Maintain 6s,3R and 4M at production line.
∎ Provide training and mentoring of operators, production technicians, engineering technicians/operators to improve knowledge and skill sets.
∎ Oversee training programs of personnel internally and externally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to solve problem, Quick learner and Work under pressure
∎ Applicants should have worked experience at Mobile Factory.
∎ Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
