∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Job Context:
∎ Joint venture project with WorldFish.
∎ Contract Duration: 1 year.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mainly responsible to increase the sales volume of Aftab products.
∎ Will select the dealers/sub-dealers as LSP's (Livestock Service Provider) and model demo pond farmers and responsible to train up them on aquaculture technology focusing on BMP, nutrition, and other cross-cutting issues.
∎ Will support market actors to conduct and facilitate farmers' training according to the target.
∎ Will invite and gather market actors when required, will follow up on product selling and quality checking, will assist the Project Manager to monitor the production into demo ponds, to ensure fry transportation timely, will assist the company's other staff if they require.
∎ Have to collect all types of information and updates the project activities and send to Project Manager as required

Salary: Negotiable
