FMCG Production
Job Context:
∎ Identify opportunities to develop our existing products and develop new opportunities using your design knowledge
∎ Create exciting new products & packaging ideas
∎ Coordinating with relevant departments for product hand over, factory trials and project launches
∎ Research the market
∎ Responsible for ensuring that all new products are taken through a robust launch process involving all relevant parties both in house and customer as appropriate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on product stability and shelf life extension studies.
∎ Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
∎ A passion for creative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
∎ Develop, test and evaluate new techniques to improve production and lower costs
Additional Requirements:

∎ A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment, including: Manufacturing Experience, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Supply Management, Developing Standards, Managing Profitability, People Management, Promoting Process Improvement, Decision Making, Professionalism, Quality Management
∎ Will have held a similar role within another food/packaging manufacturing business
Salary: Negotiable
