∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion and Development, Branding
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor product stock, service and ensure delivery by maintaining product flow & aging.
∎ Monitor production and new product development.
∎ Prepare yearly product forecast model, series & capacity-wise, and month-to-month updates as per market demand & available factory stock.
∎ Prepare and share monthly targets with the sales wings.
∎ Maintain close connections with the sales team and plan promotional offers for them to ensure monthly targets.
∎ Plan to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly targets through the sales wings.
∎ Prepare reports daily, monthly & yearly and represent the concerns.
∎ Analyze product, price, offer and policies of competitors.
∎ Prepare & follow up on the assigned tasks of CBO and sales heads as per the requirements.
∎ Provide support to monitoring, field and sales teams as per requirements.
∎ Prepare and follow up with concerned departments to maintain and execute the offer policies and adjustments.
∎ Prepare and execute product costing & MRP declaration process.
∎ Monitor all online & offline branding, official website content and prepare offers for the online platforms.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office (Especially Bangla Typing)
∎ Knowledge about preparing various types of reports and presentation
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Self-motivated and leadership skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
