∎ MSc/MBA, MSC in biological science is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating product line Vision, goals, and initiatives for assigned product portfolio
∎ Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing networks With professional societies.
∎ Preparing business budget of assigned portfolio for achieving top and bottom lines.
∎ Devising appropriate marketing strategy for the portfolio in line with company's goals and objectives and manage product life cycle
∎ Crafting strategies for improving portfolio performances, market segmentation, positioning, achieving market share and executing & facilitating implementation
∎ Visiting Channel Partners and farmer's field for product promotion; arrange and attend promotional campaign in collaboration with field forces and partners.
∎ Preparing training manual and conduct technical and tactical training sessions on portfolio for field forces and product management staffs
∎ Monitoring product complains and reports and respond to customers to develop loyalty and retention

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years of relevant experience
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and self-started With a positive attitude
∎ Should have eligibility to work under pressure
∎ Strong analytical skills & data-driven thinking
∎ Well conversant in English Language
∎ Proficient in computer usage
