• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals.

• Translate industry problems and user needs into clear product requirements and value propositions.

• Prioritize product features and initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic fit.

• Act as the central point of coordination between AI engineering, research, data, design, and customer success teams.

• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Ensure smooth handoff between research, development, and deployment stages.

• Lead product discovery activities including user research, market analysis, and validation.

• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee product development progress and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Ensure responsible, ethical, and scalable use of AI in products.

• Engage with customers, industry partners, and internal users to gather feedback and insights.

• Monitor product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.

• Identify opportunities for product enhancement, expansion, or new offerings.

• Track product KPIs, risks, and dependencies.

• Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality standards are met.

• Drive continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and evolving market needs.
