Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ The incumbent must pursue a BBA /MBA degree in Marketing from a reputed and UGC approved university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement an appropriate marketing plan for newly assigned and existing products.
∎ Prepare yearly sales budget, Profit & loss statement of the assigned product and conduct expected sales forecast for the upcoming products.
∎ Prepare and implement a monthly promotion plan as per the promotional budget and monitor the impact of the promotional activities minutely.
∎ Monitor national sales achievement against the budget as well as the target in respect of volume and turnover to evaluate individual depot performance.
∎ Ensure continuous supply and maintain a stock level of the responsible products to all depots.
∎ Prepare and update the costing of the responsible products at all depots.
∎ Prepare and update the costing of the responsible products with the price change of raw materials and other parameters.
∎ Maintain cross-functional communication to ensure the smooth operation of a particular business.
∎ Visit the market for monitoring the competitor's activities and market situation and propose measures to be taken and update marketing plan accordingly.
∎ To establish and maintain liaison with advertising agencies.

∎ Having good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
∎ Tech Savvy and sound knowledge in IT
