Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Animal Genetics inlaid with genetic improvement of cattle through providing superior merit germplasm (frozen semen) by artificial insemination (AI) program. It incorporated its business in 2019. The business has established a bio-secured cattle breeding station along with a hi-tech frozen semen processing laboratory at Gazipur. ACI Animal Genetics believes that artificial insemination with quality semen is a proven way to improve the cattle breed and increase productivity. Therefore, it focuses on producing and selling quality improved semen, providing required pre and post reproductive services, calf care, awareness building on nutrition, deworming, vaccination etc.
Formulate strategies to boost up sales & marketing programs and coordinate the implementation program.
Assist to prepare appropriate promotional plans, strategies, and campaign programs of product management team.
Calculate and coordinate to maintain gross profit and update management from time to time.
Maintain effective liaison with the concern of different cross-functional departments of the company for smooth business running.
Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and programs.
Develop and prepare product manuals and training manuals for the assigned products.
Build a strong relationship with the high officials of the livestock department and key customers.
Maintain continuous communication with bull station personnel, monitor production and supply situation.
Provide technical services to customers such as dairy farmers, AI workers and sales force etc.
Participate in livestock assistant and dairy farmers meetings.
Collect and analyze competitors information in order to gain a competitive advantage to ensure sustainable business growth.
