• Develop and execute innovative product strategies for narrow fabrics (Crochet, Niddle Loom, Jacquard) to align with market trends and customer demands.

• Lead and manage the product development team, fostering collaboration and driving performance excellence.

• Oversee the design, development, and production of high-quality narrow fabrics (Crochet, Niddle Loom, Jacquard) with a focus on technical feasibility and scalability.

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and opportunities for new product lines.

• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest product quality.

• Address technical challenges and troubleshoot issues related to Narrow fabric production.
