Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have the background of Textile University/Design Institute, at least 2/3 years’ experience in knit/woven on product development.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product development merchandiser (communicate with designer, follow up with sample room/Print & Emb. factory etc. )
∎ Present & promote new designs & developments to the brands or customers.
∎ Research and develop new designs & washes according to the trend & fashion forecast.
∎ Source and ensure fabrics, accessories, trims, & other required materials for the developments.
∎ Communicate with the brands & ensure on-time sample stitching, washing, finishing, final quality & delivery.
∎ Coordinate with concern department for pricing, shipping, payments.
∎ Follow up production and ensure that production is running as per plan to meet production target & delivery requirement.
∎ Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet.
∎ Handle all merchandising issues starting from query to shipment.
∎ All required submission as per buyer's demand including Development, Counter Sample, Size set, PP, Seal Sample, Fabrics and Trims, etc.
∎ Follow-up time and action plan properly and updating daily basis.
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc.
∎ Maintain all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities, as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge in fabric, wash, and trims area.
∎ Must be good in communication in writing & speaking both.
