Job Context:
∎ A First Generation Bank in the country is looking for qualified candidates for the position of Product Development Manager for SME Business and Cash Management Division for Head office.
∎ Purpose of Job: Develop new SME & Cash Management products and make necessary modifications in existing products as per market trend and customer feedback. Also report to Senior Management/Board regarding periodic SME information as per guidance from Head of SME.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop new SME & Cash Management products and ensure timely modifications in existing Bank products as per market trend and feedback.
∎ Updating the Bank's SME Lending guidelines/SME credit policies/SME Product as and when required.
∎ Identifying and driving business development opportunities through implementation of different projects as per consultation with Head of SME.
∎ Manage the portfolio growth & Asset quality. This includes assistance to Head of Department for discussion with senior management on issues like, PPG, SLA etc.
∎ Support SME team in ensuring compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience -5 years' experience in relevant field will be preferable
∎ Strong analytical and Decision making skill with clear understanding of financial statement.
∎ Must have experience and adequate knowledge in SME finance, Credit risk factors, policy and guideline, industry and market dynamics.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about computer applications such as MS Office, Excel etc.
∎ The applicants having experience at Banks / Leasing companies will be given priority.
