∎ Masters Degree preferably business studies in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible & accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the branch
∎ To act as primary bank contact for all practical purposes
∎ Branch business planning including foreign trade through effective environmental scanning and recommend for approval of the business plan and recovery.
∎ Rollout and implement the agreed business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery.
∎ Ensure new business development in coordination of the Cluster/Regional relationship Leaders and regular customer visits and industry research and cross selling to existing customer base.
∎ Ensure good customer service and effectively support implementation of the priority banking strategy and recovery strategy while ensuring the Bank's interest is protected
∎ Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts, including cross selling to existing customer base.
∎ Ensure that credit quality is maintained and customer reviews are completed in timely manner.
∎ Ensure customer service excellence and effectively support implementation of the priority banking strategy while ensuring the Bank's interest is protected.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 6 years as Branch Manager of a Islamic Banking Branch
∎ Minimum 10 years Banking Experience
∎ Candidates who have worked as Sub Manager / Operation Manager at any Islamic Banking Branch will be given preference.

Salary: Negotiable
