∎ B.Sc. in Footwear Engineering

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the overall product development (PD) as per the customer’s requirements and ensuring that the sample qualities are as per the customer’s requirements
∎ Maintaining proper documentation of customer-provided patterns and samples, creating the proper materials list for consumption, and ensuring the cost of the sample along with the merchandising team
∎ Making knife patterns, ensuring the right order, and quality checks along with making the right patterns for production and ensuring the development of the screen film
∎ Providing all sample materials consumption and specification to PD merchandizers for ordering sample materials
∎ Ensuring the production sample, testing sample, duplicate sample making when required, managing the pilot run production, and preparing the necessary standard operating procedure
∎ Providing the necessary technical support in running production and checking the upcoming sample materials’ quality and quantity
∎ Validating all activities related to product specification, SOPs, and testing to ensure that the product meets the buyers required standard
∎ Ensuring the accurate and timely handover of all product SOP, specifications, and tech reports to the production and quality team
∎ Communicating closely with the production team on any process improvements and rectification necessary to achieve the best productivity, production quality consistency, product integrity, and performance
∎ Maintaining the coordination with the planning and production team in the scheduling and execution of commercialization/ pre-production trials to ensure buyer quality standards and requirements
∎ Working closely with the sample production team and follow-up in each stage of cutting, sewing, and lasting to ensure the right quality and right product specification
∎ Performing any other related task assigned by the supervisor when required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
