Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the process of creating or improving products from start to finish.
∎ Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
∎ Developing product strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
∎ Collaborating with design and engineering teams to create product concepts and prototypes.
∎ Preparing cost analysis when developing a new product.
∎ Presenting new ideas/opportunities to executives.
∎ Ensuring every step of product development process proceeds as planned.
∎ Generate product requirements, determine specifications and pricing and develop marketing strategies.
∎

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Basic Salary- USD 2000, House Rent-USD 350, Medical-USD 100 & Conveyance-USD 50 or equivalent BDT per month.
