Educational Requirements:
∎ BA (Hon's) in Fashion Design / Merchandising or relevant education from a reputable institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting trend & market research.
∎ Sourcing fabrics, trims & accessories for development.
∎ Developing sample of garments, trims, accessories, fabrics, prints, embroidery, washes, etc. across all categories.
∎ Developing new designs and collections for each season.
∎ Developing size set and pre-production samples.
∎ Ensuring sample quantity, quality & size as per requirement.
∎ Ensuring required sample submission within the given timeline.
∎ Responsible for achieving all garment specs.
∎ Collaborating with Fashion Designers to materialize design concepts and CADs.
∎ Maintaining the product development and design procedures, and keeping track of all processes and related developments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years relevant proven experience
∎ The applicants should have specialized knowledge and experience in working with at least any one of the following garment categories: Knitwear, Sweater, Coats / Jackets, Denim, Non-Denim Woven, Suits / Formals, Women's Eastern or Children's Wear.
∎ Good communication and reporting skills
∎ Strong coordination skills
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic
∎ Ability to work hard and efficiently
