Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Digital Marketing Team. The role is responsible for ensuring product data accuracy, pricing analysis, and performance monitoring across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Upload, update, and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce, etc.).

  • Ensure product content — titles, descriptions, pricing, and images — is accurate, consistent, and SEO-friendly.

  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and suggest adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales, and margins).

  • Identify and report gaps or inconsistencies in product data, stock availability, and pricing.

  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly product performance reports.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure correct products are promoted during campaigns.

  • Support new product launches with data setup, listings, and benchmarking.

  • Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor assortments to support category growth.

  • Work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and marketing teams for smooth catalog management.
