Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Procurement is in line with FH standard operating guidelines;
∎ Analyze project requirements and develops procurement plans;
∎ Review specifications for clarity, correctness and completeness;
∎ Make sure procurement records and documents are up-to-date;
∎ Interpret FH and Donor policies and procedures for procurement;
∎ Prepare bids and quotations and recommend them for approval;
∎ Make purchase, identify vendors, and maintain accurate pricing lists;
∎ Analyze purchase requests to ensure correctness and clarity of information, specifications, and appropriateness of products, delivery requirements and dates;
∎ Prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Invitations to Bid (ITBs)
∎ Assist to review submissions or recommendations made by the Purchase Review Committee (PRC)
∎ Assist in initiating the process and issue Purchase Orders;
∎ Follow-up on delivery of orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services;
∎ Assists with processing supplier’s bill and payment requests;
∎ Other duties as assigned by line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least one year of procurement management experience.

∎ High integrity and a strong sense of professional ethics;
∎ Demonstrated computer operating skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Google platform, and virtual technologies such as Skype and / or GoToMeeting;
∎ Excellent organizational skills; ability to plan and coordinate work, ensure the efficient flow of projects and processes;
∎ Ability to travel up to 30% of time per year to JRRP field sites.
