Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategics to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager's duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.
∎ Develop strategies for food products spending and negotiation processes.
∎ Maintain existing and new relationships with vendors.
∎ Build and apply efficient sourcing strategies.
∎ Develop strong partnerships with qualitative suppliers for the business.
∎ Deal with salers and negotiate the best terms and contracts for the company.
∎ Analyze existing metrics in order to adjust the strategy and reduce expenses.
∎ Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
∎ Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services.
∎ Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
∎ Examine and test existing contracts.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
∎ Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements.
∎ Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in "reading" the market.
∎ Talent in negotiations and networking.
∎ Good knowledge of supplier or third party management software.
∎ Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
∎ Experience in collecting and analyzing data.
∎ Strong leadership capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 8+ years of relevant procurement/buying experience in the food and bakery industry.
∎ Proven track record of negotiation and relationship management skills.
∎ Strong Excel skill set.
∎ Negotiation and Networking.
∎ Knowledge on suppliers and third-parties relations.
∎ Mastering the sourcing techniques according to the market.
∎ Knowledge of the supply chain.
∎ Understanding and Analysis of data, trends and metrics.
