Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Should have at least a bachelor`s degree in supply chain management, economics and business administration.

• At least 5 years

• Should have at least Five (5) years of experience in procurement and supply management experience.

• He should work under the Team Leader.
• Undertake comprehensive analysis of institutional role and capabilities in the sector and advocate for implementation of recommendation and maintenance of institutional stability.
• Support the development of sound implementation arrangement to ensure high project readiness and smooth initial project implementation.
• Supports the development of high-quality proposals, concept notes and other materials for institutional funders, working closely with the programs and finance teams on project design, ensuring clarity, consistency and a compelling case for funding, and adhering to government guidelines and policies.
• Synthesizes CoxDA programs and interventions into clear, compelling presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Conducts outreach to and participates in meetings with new and potential donors, especially foundations and corporations, to help cultivate strong relationships and identify new funding opportunities.
• Conducts research and maintains ongoing familiarity of specific funding and partnership opportunities with donors and corporations that align with HIAS’ priorities in U.S. resettlement, integration, asylum and legal services.Identifies opportunities for and supports the development of strategic communications (e.g., blogposts, social media, articles, webinars, etc.) to increase the profile and visibility of CoxDA programs and partnerships
