Additional Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in Physical Planning of a similar standard and nature.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in conducting research and data collection for urban planning projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of zoning and land use plans.
- Support senior planners in preparing reports, presentations, and policy recommendations.
- Assist in evaluating and analyzing community needs and proposing planning solutions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and sustainable planning.
- Help maintain accurate records and databases related to planning activities.
- Assist in reviewing development proposals for compliance with zoning regulations.
