∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Accounting
∎ Minimum BBA (Major in Supply Chain Management or Accounting) with good CGPA
∎ Skills Required: Can do attitude, Energetic and self-motivated

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Multinational Companies, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist procurement Sr Manager to ensure preparation of enlistment background documentation, tender documents, etc. as per compliance of procurement policy.
∎ Assist in shortlisting of vendors under the guidance of Sr Manager Procurement and submit for review and verification for further process
∎ Assist Sr Manager, Procurement to review the checklist of all procurement related indents as per approved guidelines and prepare work orders accordingly
∎ Assist Sr Manager, Procurement to contract the vendor to ensure all delivery of procured goods meet approved specifications and timelines
∎ Assist Sr Manager, Procurement to prepare a comparative statement for the procured items as and when required
∎ Assist Procurement Manager in managing all the document in a file in a proper manner and maintain procurement item wise archiving
∎ Assist Sr Manager, Procurement to collect the sample from the vendor premises as and when necessary
∎ Assist Sr Manager, Procurement to collect procurement-related data from clinics, compile and prepare a report
∎ Any other task advised by Sr Manager Procurement

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good understanding of MS Office application and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Proactive, persistent, and a good negotiator
