Education:

  • Project Management Professional (Prince2, PMP) or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

We Require

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, Jira).

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Job Summary

  • The Process Improvement Project Manager is responsible for identifying, planning, and executing initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality across ACI. This position demands strong skills in project management, analytical thinking, and data analysis, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including those in Supply Chain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage process improvement projects from initiation to completion using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote continuous improvement culture.

  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Document and standardize improved processes for scalability and sustainability.
