∎ Age 23 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1) Operate and monitor SLES and LABSA production processes to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient plant operations
∎ 2) Meet daily and monthly production targets as per planning and client requirements
∎ 3) Assist in production planning, raw material calculation, and process scheduling
∎ 4)Maintain optimal reaction parameters, including temperature, pressure, and flow rates, to ensure product quality and yield
∎ 5) Conduct routine process checks and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
∎ 6) Collaborate with the maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve technical and quality issues
∎ 7) Follow and enforce SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), safety protocols, and environmental compliance
∎ 8) Monitor and control process utilities (steam, cooling water, compressed air, etc.) to maintain efficiency
∎ 9) Prepare and submit accurate daily production reports, shift logs, and performance summaries10) Participate in process optimization, cost control, and waste minimization initiatives
∎ 11) Support training of new operators and junior engineers when required
∎ 12) Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and GMP standards in the production area
∎ 13) Report abnormalities, deviations, or incidents to the Production/Plant Manager promptly
