Job Context:
∎ Zobeda Matin Girls School & College (English version) is looking for a qualified Principal to serve as the Head of administration of a school & college in developing and implementation of policies, programs, curriculum activities and budgets in such manner that promotes the quality education and development of the institution.
∎ Job Location: Shahrasti Pourasava of Chandpur district.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team of teachers to provide lessons in the class and how they should provide.
∎ Prepare lesson plan for each class, each subject and each activity.
∎ Planning and execute an effective examination system for our students not only test their subject knowledge but also their creativity and problem-solving ability.
∎ Report to management about educational progress, budget, future plan, expansion and any other issues which determine by the Management.
∎ Communicate with parents for all issues related to their academic progress, disciplinary issues, health issues etc.
∎ Communicate with local, regional and national authorities for administrative purpose.
∎ Plan, manage and execute all other related activities for the development of the institution.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 10-15 years of teaching experience of which at least 05 years of experience as a Principal.
∎ Deep computer skills is required.
