Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct prescription surveys to gather insights on product usage and market demand.
∎ Visit doctors, farmers, and chemists to assess their satisfaction with services and strengthen relationships.
∎ Evaluate field force effectiveness by reviewing customer coverage, satisfaction levels, frequency and quality of visits, product quality, delivery timelines, and other key service indicators.
∎ Document customer complaints, detailing the issue, resolution steps, and follow-up actions taken.
∎ Gather intelligence on competitor activities through market visits and interactions.
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
∎ Conduct additional operational and quality audits as needed to support continuous improvement initiatives.
