Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing or visa consultancy role
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (Google Meet, calendar apps)
∎ Fluent in English and Bengali (spoken and written)
∎ Demonstrated experience in sales, persuasive communication, and client care
∎ Highly organized, independent, proactive, and results-driven

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
∎ Manage client paperwork and documentation for premium visa applications
∎ Provide personalized consultations with potential and current clients
∎ Prepare detailed client profiles and maintain accurate records
∎ Maintain professional, long-term relationships with clients
∎ Deliver around-the-clock support when necessary to ensure client satisfaction
