Responsibilities & Context: Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Office Clerk to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact at our reception desk and will provide general support to all staff members. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the office.
- Maintain a daily log of incoming and outgoing individuals with accurate time records.
- Support office staff with routine administrative tasks.
- Answer and direct phone calls or inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in basic data entry and documentation tasks on a computer.
