Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Job Summary
The Personal Secretary to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and organizational support to the Managing Director. The position requires excellent communication, time-management, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director`s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and necessary documents.
Prepare, proofread, and format letters, reports, presentations, minutes, and official correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director when required.
Maintain confidential files, records, documents, and sensitive business information.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on decisions, assigned tasks, and action points.
Coordinate with department heads, clients, business partners, government officials, and other stakeholders as directed.
Arrange business travel, including transportation, accommodation, itineraries, and related documentation.
Maintain an organized filing and document-management system, both physical and digital.
Monitor deadlines and remind the Managing Director of important meetings, commitments, and pending matters.
Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, summaries, and other business documents.
Receive and welcome important visitors and guests of the Managing Director professionally.
