∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Customer Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing & Sending service & spare parts quotations to customer
∎ CRM software update
∎ Preparing monthly service sales reports.
∎ Monitoring target & salespersons achievement rate
∎ Conducting monthly Service sales meetings
∎ Follow up with Service & Sales Team for achieving the service sales target.
∎ Communicate with the customer before the Service team go for the service call
∎ Communication with Factory to collect item code & spare parts details
∎ Quotation updates follow up
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication skill over phone and email
∎ Strong customer service skills.
∎ Positive attitude and incredible work ethics.
∎ Team player and can work independently.
∎ Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation both internally and with external clients.
∎ Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
Salary: Negotiable
