∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Skills Required: Advanced user of MS Office tools (Especially on MS Excel)., Conscientiousness, Good at communication, Honesty and Sincerity, Humility, Interpersonal skill, Team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Computer skill, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service, Quotation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate between Customers and Management.
∎ Coordinate between Sales, Marketing & Service Team.
∎ Coordinate between HQ & Bangladesh Office
∎ Prepare price quotation & maintaining CRM software
∎ Preparing monthly reports of ales & marketing activities.
∎ Follow up & communicate with the customer over email & phone.
∎ Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams, and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds.
∎ Delegating tasks to appropriate team members.
∎ Create supplier accounts & fill vendor enlistment forms for both foreign and local
∎ Proactively manage customer pricing and catalogs
∎ Liaise with sourcing for large opportunities to maximize revenue margins
∎ Manage margin claims and all related finance queries
∎ Produce and proactively manage customer-specific reports
∎ Attend customers in the office if needed.
∎ Organizing weekly meetings & follow up the pipeline with salespersons
∎ Ensure to take reddot update from salespersons within the mentioned date
∎ Maintain a good relationship with the salesperson and keep track of their whereabouts
∎ Keep knowledge about the prospective orders and continuously push the salesperson until it gets finalized
∎ Other duties as assigned relating to Esco Bangladesh office or Global initiative.
∎ Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be excellent in working with MS Excel
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills to handle customer queries and objections
∎ Should have strong communication skills to deal with client and management
∎ Should be physically and mentally strong to work under pressure
∎ Should be able to move anywhere in BD or abroad whenever required.
∎ Should be able to work diligently
Salary: Negotiable
