Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare price quotations gross profit analysis.
∎ Follow up on prospective orders with salesperson until it gets finalized.
∎ Maintain and update CRM software, monitor the team’s progress through it, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
∎ Organize and track weekly/monthly meetings and sales pipelines, ensuring timely updates on reports and monitoring target achievement.
∎ Proactively create, maintain, and prepare a report of the customer database.
∎ Attend in customer seminar with marketing team, if needed.
∎ Be well-informed about the company’s product portfolio and services.
∎ Coordinate proactively with internal and HQ teams to optimize operations.
∎ Liaise with sourcing for large opportunities.
∎ Create and manage supplier and vendor enlistment, both foreign and local.
∎ Follow up and communicate with customers via email and phone.
∎ Complete all necessary company documentation punctually, including time sheets, expense claims, and site reports. (whenever applied)
∎ Attend customers when necessary.
∎ Maintain professional conduct to promote the company’s image and comply with all organizational guidelines.
∎ Assist with tasks related to Esco Bangladesh office or global initiatives.
