Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare price quotations and profit analysis.
∎ Maintain and update CRM software for customer data and team tracking.
∎ Communicate with customers via email and phone.
∎ Organize and monitor weekly and monthly meetings, follow up on the pipeline and achievements, and track team performance
∎ Create and manage supplier/vendor enlistments (local and foreign).
∎ Coordinate proactively with internal and HQ teams to optimize operations.
∎ Follow up on prospective orders with salesperson until it gets finalized.
∎ Maintain professional conduct to promote the company’s image and comply with all organizational guidelines.
∎ Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
