Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or above in agricultural science, food science/food technology/food engineering or a suitable equivalent;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in program and project management position, in an international
∎ development organization and/or in Government agencies/ministries;
∎ Previous experience of senior management position in development sector/government agencies/ ministries;
∎ Overseas experience in senior management position is desirable;
∎ Experience of work with Government at Ministry levels;
∎ Practical experience in donor reporting, designing and coordinating monitoring and evaluation;
∎ Wide experience of working with the private sector or experience of collaboration with business partners is preferable;
∎ Broad understanding of the nutrition-food security nexus, food engineering, agriculture, value chains and public health;
∎ Strong track record of leading large-scale food and nutrition security /agri-business programs and
∎ demonstrating impact;
∎ Track record on successful fundraising with statutory, private and corporate donors;
∎ Demonstrated success in building and managing multi-disciplinary teams;
