∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The candidate should have at least Five(05) years of work experience in the microcredit program and its monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Experiences in implementing more than one hundred core microcredit programs.
∎ Have experience in using software-based microcredit monitoring systems and documentation in a development organization that works in Bangladesh.
∎ Skilled in driving motorcycles and have a valid motorcycle license.
∎ Efficient in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office packages.
∎ Skilled in using 360 or any other software to implement microfinance programs will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in monitoring big microcredit programs.
∎ Excellent competency in performing data collection using paperless technologies like Open Data Kits/Kobo Toolbox;
∎ Strong analytical capacity using SPSS/STATA would be an added advantage;
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Women are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Play an important role in implementing the People’s Manage Savings and Credit (PMSC).
∎ Organize regular training for the weak Community organizers and Forum Workers at the field level.
∎ Regular field visits and ensure a proactive role in taking appropriate measures to resolve the field issues.
∎ Provide proper guidance to the staff team and Forum workers to strengthen the PMSC program.
∎ Monitoring of PMSC program.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and annual reports on PMSC and submit them to relevant authorities.
∎ Submit field visit report to the coordinator of, the Comprehensive Poverty Reduction Program (CPRP)·
∎ Regular communication with field-level staff members.
∎ Implement any other tasks for the organization advised by the authority.
∎ Job Context : Comprehensive Poverty Reduction Program (CPRP) is an ongoing Program of CCDB. This program will work with more than 50 thousand beneficiaries for their empowerment and sustainable development. The program will support organizational development, gender equality and empowerment, sustainable livelihood and food security and markets, adaption and mitigation measure. This program covers 15 districts in Bangladesh. This program will continue up to June 2027.
