∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Construction Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop market for PMC services in Bangladesh
∎ Develop team for PMC jobs
∎ Monitor and execute PMC jobs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having project management consultant role atleast 10-15 yrs
∎ Handling big project not less than 300-450 Cr BDT project value, mainly infrastructure/ plant experience
∎ Working in big consultant (preferred in MNC ) from local market
∎ Leading a team size of 30-50 people
∎ Having knowledge in construction management, cash flow management, schedule management, procurement management
∎ Experience in Primavera or Sure Track ( Planning tool/ software)

Salary: Negotiable
