Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for production work.
∎ Collect the order sheet from merchandising dept. of running order.
∎ As per order take necessary coordination to in house the fabric and fabric cutting.
∎ Conform that cut dept. out put the cut panel in planned schedule.
∎ Follow-up fabric cut as per color, size, and grade or buyer requirement.
∎ Follow up that layout plan implemented as per lay out plan.
∎ Follow up that sewing input done as per layout.
∎ Follow that production is continued as per production plan and target.
∎ Conform that shipment schedule in finishing section.
∎ Maintain & co-ordinate between different production floor.
∎ Sound knowledge about garment's breakdown & modern lay out system.
∎ To monitor the target achievement.
∎ Production floor management.
∎ To maintain discipline in the floor.
∎ To maintain liaison with cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing & finishing.
∎ To ensure quality production as per buyer requirements.
∎ To take timely action if sewing alteration found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
∎ To help finishing In-charge at the shipment time.
∎ To maintain COC & GPQ requirement.
∎ To control line in the floor.
∎ Any others task assign management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Willingness to work independently and under pressure
∎ Ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
∎ Good analytical skill and proactive in nature to resolve issues on a timely manner.
∎ Good ability to work in a team and good social skills.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
