• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

• 7 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Technical Infrastructure

• Age 27 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Reporting to the Chief Engineer, the Plumbing Engineer will be responsible to lead for delivery of projects both in design and execution phase.

• He/She will work closely with the civil team to ensure the continued growth of the civil Team offering and will be responsible to take technical and commercial ownership of projects assigned.

• Contribute to the growth of SBG construction Team ensuring that the Team structure is consistent with workload and the requirements of our Clients (internal and external)

• Implement technical project reviews ensuring high attention to QA/QC of technical deliverables.

• Undertake project coordinator of large scale MEP projects.

• Liaise with project stakeholders including Clients, Architects, Quantity Surveyors etc.

• Provide technical support to the Business Development effort including bid preparation, scope monitoring and participation in technical negotiations.

• Participate in resource planning, ensuring a suitable resource fit for existing and potential new projects.

• Participation in senior management meetings as required.

• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
