∎ Job Summary:
∎ Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of manufacturing plants and employees. Duties include planning production schedules, identifying productivity goals, and monitoring processes to ensure efficiency and compliance in the manufacturing process.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality output.
∎ Increase production, asset flexibility, and control costs.
∎ Ensure timely delivery, product quality, and stock management.
∎ Monitor KPIs for production, maintenance, and HR daily.
∎ Manage HR, admin, compliance, and official meetings.
∎ Reduce operating costs and manage plant overhead budget.
∎ Identify operational gaps and implement improvements.
∎ Coordinate production plans with sales demand and raw materials.
∎ Supervise distribution for timely delivery between factories.
∎ Collaborate with QC, R&D, SCM, and Marketing for product improvement.
∎ Oversee machinery maintenance and reduce breakdowns.
∎ Coach employees, resolve conflicts, and promote safety.
∎ Simplify operations, track productivity, and optimize resources.
∎ Prepare management reports and face internal/external audits.
∎ Ensure physical security and maintain communication with local authorities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the top management
