Responsibilities & Context:
- Sound & solid weekly Production Plan (Sewing) according to factory capacity & work with the Pattern & Merchandising department to get correct input.
- Follow up of overall production (Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Embroidery & Karchupi) & balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
- Daily manpower balancing, Target setting, achievement monitoring & Daily Production report making (Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, Embroidery & Karchupi).
- Operation Breakdown/Bulletin Making (SMV).
