Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Textile Engineering, MBA/BBA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the delivery plan while provide the PI to customer.
∎ Provide the dyeing delivery plan according to lead time.
∎ Make the item wise daily dyeing production plan according to delivery schedule.
∎ Monitoring to work order from batch preparation to until complete the job.
∎ Update and monitoring work order and job status and report to relevant department
∎ Communicating with marketing and production department and provide the plan /replan.
∎ Make order closing status for every order.
∎ Analyzing critical path of the total production flow from receiving the order to the delivery the yarn and identifying discrepancies and taking necessary actions
∎ Liaison with all the Department head and to the top management as and when required
∎ Ensuring total work-flow just-in-time
∎ Reporting all issues to the head of the Department
∎ Any other responsibility assign by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Textile dyeing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Apparels accessories.
∎ Candidate must have good communicating skill in English.
∎ He should have good knowledge in yarn dyeing Planning
∎ Must have proven track of work at textile sector in Reputed Company.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer Skill is a must having excellent skill on Excel.
Salary: Negotiable
