Special Requirement: Microsoft Project / Primavera P6: Candidates do not have Advance/Medium level expertise in any of the mentioned softwares, need not to apply.

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Access Database)
• AutoCAD (will be preferable)

• Strong verbal and written skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Must have minimum 10 years of practical experience in constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.

• Planning and preparing project grant chart (MS Project/Primavera P6) and update the progress of work in the grant chart.

• Understanding of technical engineering principles to predict future problems and find solutions for them.

• Deciding and developing the most appropriate engineering model & method on proper engineering techniques and milestone sequences for each project stage.

• Monitoring day-to-day work progress and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages.

• Tracking and analyzing field results. Continually make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences to project manager. Also study the impact of alternative approaches.

• Analyzing expenses and identify opportunities to save cost. Making sure projects are handled on time and on budget by overseeing the project planning, inventory services, cost control, team leadership, and project management.

• Working closely with others involved the project and directs the daily workload of subordinate team members.

• Arranging and attending crucial meetings and provide current status updates to HO management, Project Management, and other stakeholders. Managing overall project communications.

• Preparing presentation in PowerPoint for appropriate authority regarding project activities.

• Driving continuous improvement by working with leadership.

• Identifying gaps in key performance areas and plan activities to increase overall project efficiency.

• Providing guidance and deliver schedules to facilitate project execution strategy.

• Self-motivated, extremely organized, and have strong communication and project management aptitude.
