Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed public or private university (preferably in IPE, Finance, MBA-Finance etc.) or full/partly qualified from ICMAB/ICAB.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

∎ Square Denims Ltd., Shayestaganj, Habiganj
∎ Square Apparels Ltd., Valuka, Mymensingh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make effective plan for smooth production and delivery on schedule.
∎ Optimum inventory management for uninterrupted production.
∎ Always updating planning schedule for target delivery with available resources (materials, machineries). Priority settings, resource mobilization and optimize use of resources through proactive approach.
∎ Calculate yarn requirement, placing requisition and analyze balance stock.
∎ Follow up dyes/chemical balance stock and make chemical indent for smooth production.
∎ Provide updates to marketing against sales order and follow up till the delivery.
∎ Maintain production house database.
∎ Keep regular follow-up and liaison with Procurement, Marketing & Production department.
∎ Provide management report as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 37 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience (preferably in relevant field - fabric manufacturing company). Experience may be relaxed for the highly deserving candidates.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skill
∎ Good analytical and problem solving ability
