Educational Requirements:
∎ Good Basic Education track record.
∎ Graduate of Bangladesh Agriculture University, Mymensingh; Sher e Bangla Agriculture University, Dhaka or similar with speciality combined with experience in a commercial-scale fishery like intensive aquaculture/Biofloc operation and aquatic animal health management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to take responsibility for setting up Biofloc Fishery in Commercial scale
∎ Monitor feeding, environmental conditions, fish health, water quality, oxygen concentration, maintain accurate records
∎ Maintain company assets in good operational condition.
∎ Work to continuously improve operations concerning productivity, quality, safety, inventory levels, and operating expenses while utilizing effective Biofloc techniques.
∎ Must be able to work independently and give leadership to the team
∎ Perform other duties, as assigned.
∎ Daily Reporting to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To be selected for this role you will have a minimum of 5 years of fin-fish culture, hatchery & farming sector with 3 years of people management experience.
∎ Strong leadership and strategic planning ability.
∎ Time-bound & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Good intellectual and analytical skills.
∎ Problem Solving and Decision-Making Capabilities.
∎ Ambitious and target-driven.
Salary: Negotiable
