Job Responsibilities of a Physiotherapist:

A physiotherapist helps patients restore movement, manage pain, and recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Their primary goal is to improve a patient`s overall quality of life and physical functionality.

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Review medical history, listen to concerns, and test muscle strength, joint mobility, and balance to find the root cause of physical problems.

• Diagnosis: Identify physical impairments, functional limits, and movement disorders based on assessments.

• Treatment Planning: Create customized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient`s specific health goals and lifestyle.

• Hands-On Therapy: Perform manual therapy, soft tissue massage, and joint mobilization to relieve pain and improve flexibility.

• Exercise Prescription: Guide patients through targeted physical movements, stretching, and strengthening exercises.

• Electrotherapy and Specialized Care: Use equipment like ultrasound, TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) units, or hydrotherapy when necessary.

• Patient Education: Teach patients and their families home exercise routines, proper posture, and injury prevention strategies.

• Progress Tracking: Monitor recovery over time, update patient records, and adjust treatment plans as the person improves.

• Team Collaboration: Consult with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare workers to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Referrals: Send patients to other medical specialists if a condition requires care outside of physiotherapy.

• Festival Bonus: 3

Compensation & Other Benefits:

Salary: BDT 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) Per Month in Probation Period. After completion of probation period salary would be reviewed as of organization structure.

• Actual motorcycle fuel expenses, where applicable.
