Experience:
B.sc in physiotherapy with one year internship.
Valid state/provincial license to practice as a Physiotherapist.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and motivational skills.
Proficient in computer applications, Microsoft Word, Excel.
Communication skill in English and Bengali
Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Proficiency in using physiotherapy equipment and technology.
Excellent skills on manual therapy and patient assessment.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.Empathy, patience, and a patient-centered approach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, neuromusculoskeletal, cardiovascular and respiratory, sometimes over a period of weeks.
Design and review clinical management plans in consultation with the concern doctor. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques, which may include special rehabilitation, lifestyle medicine, long-term strategies, and clinical techniques.
Educate patients and their care givers on injury prevention, posture correction, and home exercise programs.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practices and evidence-based treatments.
Adhere to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and collect the data.
Based on the project need to provide support to the project activities.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
