• Diploma

• Minimum HSC (Science background preferred).

• Diploma or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology / Phlebotomy will be given preference.

• At least 2 years

• Age 22 to 35 years

• At least 2 years of practical experience in blood collection in a hospital or diagnostic center.

• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect blood specimens from patients of all age groups following proper phlebotomy techniques.

• Label, transport, and deliver specimens to the laboratory in a timely manner.

• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout the collection process.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the phlebotomy area.

• Follow infection control and safety procedures strictly.

• Assist in managing inventory of phlebotomy supplies.

• Laboratory experience will be considered an advantage

• The employee may be required to work at any location and time as per the instructions of the management.

• Negotiable as per institutional scale or based on discussion.
