Education:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS), HSC
∎ Minimum HSC or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
∎ Proven experience in a retail pharmacy, sales, or customer service role (experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred).
∎ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Basic knowledge of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, inventory software).
∎ Pharmacist:
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from a recognized institution.
∎ • Valid registration with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
∎ • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (preferred).
∎ • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
∎ • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements in Bangladesh.

∎ Advise patients on general health issues, including diet, exercise, and stress management.
∎ Conduct medication reviews to ensure that prescribed drugs are safe and effective.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all prescriptions and inventory, ensuring compliance with the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council's regulations.
∎ Stay updated on new medications and healthcare products, and advise on their integration into our offerings.
∎ Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
∎ Promote and sell pharmaceutical products and health-related items to customers in a professional manner.
∎ Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations based on their needs.
∎ Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings.
∎ Manage daily sales activities, including cash handling, receipt issuing, and maintaining a balanced register.
∎ Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory management, and coordinate restocking to ensure product availability.
∎ Achieve sales targets set by management and report daily sales performance.
