∎ ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন কার্যক্রমে সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে কমপক্ষে ২ বছরসহ ন্যূনতম ১০ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা।
∎ ৬০-৭০টি শাখার দায়িত্ব পালন অথবা ৩০০ কোটি টাকা ঋণস্থিতি পরিচালনার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ বাজেট প্রণয়ন, প্রতিবেদন তৈরী ও বিশ্লেষনে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ কর্মী ব্যবস্থাপনা ও কর্মী উন্নয়নের যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন হতে হবে।
∎ কম্পিউটারে কাজের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ পরিদর্শন কাজে মাসে কমপক্ষে ১২-১৪ দিন ঢাকার বাহিরে যেতে হবে।

∎ পিপল্স ওরিয়েন্টেড প্রোগ্রাম ইমপ্লিমেন্টেশন (পপি) পিছিয়ে পড়া জনগোষ্ঠীর আর্থ-সামাজিক অবস্থার উন্নয়নে তিন দশকেরও বেশি সময় ধরে সুনামের সাথে কাজ করে আসছে।
∎ সংস্থার ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন কার্যক্রমে উল্লেখিত পদের জন্য দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।
