Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ক্ষুদ্র অর্থায়ন কার্যক্রমে সংশ্লিষ্ট পদে/এরিয়া ম্যানেজার পদে কর্মরত ছিলেন। মাইক্রোফাইন্যান্স প্রোগ্রামে ন্যূনতম ৭ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
∎ শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা : স্নাতকোত্তর
∎ বয়স : সর্বোচ্চ ৪৫ বছর
∎ শিক্ষানবিশকাল ৬ মাস। শিক্ষানবিশকালে স্বল্পসুদে মোটরসাইকেল ক্রয়ের ঋণ ও মোটরসাইকেলের জ্বালানী ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ব্যয় এবং স্থায়ীকরণের পর বাৎসরিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, পেনশন স্কীম, গ্রাচ্যুইটি, বছরে দুইটি উৎসব ভাতা ও বৈশাখী ভাতা প্রদত্ত হবে। এছাড়াও দূরত্ব ভাতা, উৎসাহ ভাতা, হাওড় ভাতা ও শহর ভাতা (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) প্রদত্ত হবে।

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ শিক্ষানবিশকালে সর্বসাকুল্যে =৫১,৫৯২/- (মোবাইল ভাতাসহ) এবং স্থায়ীকরণের পর =৫৬,৩৯৮/-(মোবাইল ভাতাসহ)।
